Forgotten Felines Foundation takes the privacy and security of personal information you disclose to us seriously. With the increasingly rapid expansion of technology and access to information, preserving your privacy is now more important than ever.
Forgotten Felines Foundation strives to protect personal information to the standards embodied by the information privacy principles in the Privacy Act 1993, and other applicable laws to protect your privacy. Forgotten Felines Foundation has developed this Privacy Policy for New Zealand individuals.

What personal information we collect
Personal information including your name, address, telephone number, fax, email address, occupation and age may be collected through our Website and other means. This information may be collected when you request information or material from Forgotten Felines Foundation, make a donation, enter in a Forgotten Felines Foundation promotion or elect to subscribe to our mailing list. If you choose not to provide us with personal information, we may not be able to provide you with the services or information you require.
If any of the information Forgotten Felines Foundation seeks about you is not provided then we may be limited in the services we will be able to provide to you, such as proper processing of a donation and issuing of a receipt for taxation deductions.

Forgotten Felines Foundation collects your personal information to perform animal welfare work and activities, which could include:
- Processing your donation or registration as a Forgotten Felines supporter
- Inviting you to sponsor or participate in Forgotten Felines appeals or campaigns

- Answering questions you ask Forgotten Felines

- If you subscribe to our mailing list, to provide you with regular information on promotions, fundraising activities and research and development at Forgotten Felines.
When we share your personal information
Forgotten Felines Foundation takes the privacy of personal information held in its Database very seriously. Your personal information will not be added to a third party mailing list nor will we disclose personal information to third parties, except where you consent, as outlined in this Privacy Statement or where required or authorised by law. Email messages may be monitored by the Forgotten Felines Foundation website administrator for troubleshooting and maintenance purposes.
We may disclose your information to service providers, contractors and agents such as IT and Web Support Contractors, Banking Agencies, Marketing and Analysis Contractors and Auditors, who help us to provide and market our services and activities, as well as to other members of Forgotten Felines Foundation, including those who are located outside of New Zealand.
While we seek to recognise our donors’ support in Forgotten Felines Foundation publications, if requested we will not display the name of the donor. Donor details are kept strictly confidential and used only in accordance with this Privacy Statement and applicable laws. Requests for anonymity are strictly adhered to.

Google Analytics may record keystroke information that you voluntarily enter on this website. Lucky Orange does not track this activity on any site that does not use the Google analytics system.

Donations and Payments
We currently accept direct debit payments and credit card payments via Stripe and Paypal. All payments are processed via this Providers secure payments system to ensure high levels of payment security and are subject to the Providers terms and conditions.

We take reasonable precautions to ensure that the personal information we collect, use and disclose is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
